yes/no element

I have a yes / no element. with data in javascript.

If I press into the CheckButton. It operates javascript elements. But if I click the outer button, the option changes to yes / no, but does not work the javascript elements.

There seems to be a Joomla template issue: the yes/no button group shouldn't show the "inner" radio button.
Can you try with the Protostar template?
Can you try with "onClick"?
Can you post a link to your form?
