Wiki Error

Hi I am trying to make a wiki entry as a "How to" I can preview it but the images that I have uploaded and inserted do not show in the preview. When I press create new page I get this error -

I have written an How To on registering new users with the juser plugin for Fabrik 3.1.
I want to write some more entries and sort of build up a series that makes a site for user reviews and ratings with all the lists/forms/templates that this would require. I think putting more real world examples of lists/forms with screenshots of the settings and maybe even added to the demo server would be a great help to the community.
