What do I need to do to get help within the 3 days promised

I had an urgent request for which I posted last Tuesday. 3 days for a response would have been Friday. This is Monday and now I see I won't get help until next week. I paid for Standard support and didn't get the help I need. I am extremely disappointed and upset. What do I need to do to get the help I needed A WEEK AGO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
