fabrik sets the width of text input fields too wide, causing the tip-text to be placed too far to the right. Firebug shows the width is set to 311 px, but it should be far less. See second attachment.
Second problem is the error messages you always get on the form, but if you disregard them and submit the form, the results are correct.
How to solve these issues, and is there a way to make the file-upload boxes wider in the form, so they have the same width as the other fields?
