[SOLVED] Validation Failed Password Plugin

I just installed the password plugin, from the website, but every time I click submit, on a form, I get Validation Failed. I removed validation from every element, but still get validation failed.

I figured out what was going on. I installed the new Fabrik plugin, deleted the old password element, then forgot to re-initialize it in the plugins of the registration form.

You can close solved threads by unchecking "open" in Thread Tools.
