Records linked together in a repeating group

hi, I need a suggestion in case you have dealt with something similar.
I have a form with linked tables dui one with repeating group. In practice I have to enter names for reservations, who receive a discount if the family members exceed 3. I have already managed to create the system, but I have a need in the insertion phase for which I am looking for an idea. In practice I cannot insert the same family members at the same time because obviously the system cannot have the ID of the head of the family if he has not already been inserted and is in the same repeated field. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

To be honest, I don't understand what you are trying to achieve. May be you can give a more detailed explanation (commented screenshots?) and what tables/lists you are linking together?
