Print button missing & Date element language problem

Hi,

I using latest update from github and now have a problem :

1. When i want print my form, after i click print icon on top left then it will popup a new windows and then at there is no print button to print to printer.

2. Date element language problem, On Fabrik element tabs, create new element call date.

Language: seems an old transifex issue has crept in again
Workaround:
edit ...\plugins\fabrik_element\date\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_fabrik_element_date.ini
line 9 at the end change "_QQ_" to "
or do a new GitHub update

I now using latest github and the date language issue has be fixing. How about print button on details view (on popup one). It seem not fixing yet.

I have checked and it has something wrong at components\com_fabrik\views\form\view.base.php

That why print icon not showing on popup one.
