Plugin: fileupload

On fileupload plugin, I would like the Registered User can add but cannot delete.
I have tried setup 4 conditions as attached, but it won't work; please find here below the explanation:
1/ Delete images = no
2/ Delete images = yes
3/ Form (Add): Registered, Form (Edit): Super User or Guest, Detail view: Registered => Registered User cannot add any file.
3/ Form (Add): Registered, Form (Edit): Special, Register User still can delete.
