Picklist too long

Hi Peeps,

I have a picklist element in one of my forms, the problem is that it is too long (lot of names) and it is impossible to grab and add people from the field "From" the last positions to the field "To"... I am wondering if it is possible to make the list like a iframe and be able to scroll down and up without having to go to the end of the website, what should I change? Thanks!

If the list is too long it is not going to be user friendly for your users irrespective of how you present it. Have you considered:

1. Splitting the choice to two dropdowns (i.e. cascading dropdown),
   one category selection and then another picker for the final selection
2. Rendering as autocomplete which works really nicely in fabrik.
