Multiple Cascading Dropdowns

I have cracked Cascading Dropdowns where there are 2 fields. Is it possible to have multiple cascading dropdowns? What I am thinking of is, eg
Country
Region
City

If yes, is there any documentation for this? Also, would all the regions and cities need to be unique or could I have, for example

Country 1
North
City 1
City 2
South
City 3
Country 2
North
City 4
South
City 1
City 2

Im not sure if CDD will work on 3th field I never try. I will use dbjion element and set Data - where and enable Ajax update.

Region
1, marmara, marmara, for_use[list1_id:1]
2, tx, texas,2

City
1, ist, istanbul, for_use[list2_id:1]
2,dlm, dallam, 2

btw- I'm currently using 4 CDD together and it works great.
