Minimum weight for file upload

Here I have a Fabrikar Form for a photo contest. I need jpg uploaded with a minimum weight of 1Mo. Is there a way to make a validation for this ? Thanks by advance...

I guess you could use a PHP validation, check the php global $_FILES array and take the file size from there.

But sorry, i'm like a chicken in front of a cigarette...
So the chicken question is : how to check this "PHP global $_FILES array" ? Even after searching in the wiki ...
Any links with an example ?
