Hi there,

I have a form that reopens the saved record in the form once again.
For this I use the function "Jump Page" by adding the row-id as a variable which works pretty well.

My users would like to get a function in this form to reopen the last query.
If they use the browser back button, the page has expired and they have to reload, which is not very comfortable.

I could not find the filter variables in the form and I don't know how to access them. But they must be stored somewhere as if I open the table view again, the filters are still preselected.

Can I access the filter-variables in the form to build a link that opens the last query with the preselected filters?

Thank you for help

Hello Hugh,

it seems that my question is not that simple. I thought, if I can access the filter variables it would be possible for me to build a link including this variables to start the filtering again.

Hi Roland

My users would like to get a function in this form to reopen the last query.

I'm not sure what you mean?
The table filter values are stored in php's $_SESSION['fabrik'][x] (where x is the table id) - does this help you at all?

Cheers
Rob

Hi Rob,

thank you for the information about the session variable. That solved my problem.
