Joomla 3.2 Fabrik template load error

Hi all,

i am new to Fabrik, and i have created image upload formular and was working fine in Joomla protostar Template, and then i switched to another template and there its not showing correctly jquery stuffs are not working etc.. its an mess..

can anyone help me, do i need to load any js files or is there a special way of implementations .. ??
