j4delta update failed

Base is always a J!3 F!3 site with all components current.
Joomla 3.10,
Fabrik 3.10 with PHP8 compatible update.
PHP 8.1.21
After Delta came out, I did a WAMP Server Installation from an Akeeba Backup.
Disabled all Fabrik plugins (and a few more).
Then update to J!4, followed by Delta Installation.
No issue there and I was able to spend a lot of time to make the PDF Template work, so it looks like before.

After a final nasty issue was solved by troester, I tried the same procedure on the production server with a new subdomain.
No error that I could notice.
However not a single Fabrik list/form/element/group/visualization showed up.
No error in System / Database.
All *fabrik*tables are empty except:
jcc_fabrik_comments
jcc_fabrik_connections
jcc_fabrik_ratings

Where can I look for errors?

So you created a subdomain, a new database and installed a J!3/F3 Akeeba backup with this new database?
All F3 Fabrik tables are there in this new database?
Did you open and re-save the Fabrik connection?
J!3/F3 site is ok?

Error reporting on during J!4 and FabrikDelta installation?

Error reporting was left at Standard.
When I redo the upgrade should I change it in J3 to simple or maximum?

So there are only empty Fabrik tables in your J!3/F3 copy? Then something got wrong with your Akeeba installation.
How can this copy in the subdomain be working with empty Fabrik tables?
Make sure to have your subdomain working correctly with J!3/F3 before updating.

Sorry misunderstanding, the tables were working before the J3-J4 upgrade. They were empty after the J4/F4 Update.
I assume the were OK before the F4 Update.

No, they are still there. Except some very old ones < 3.10

If you had uninstalled then after installing Delta the new ones are there again - but without any Fabrik meta data (= empty #_fabrik_xy tables).

I would suggest to try again:
Copy J!3/F3, disable F3, update to J!4, install F4.Delta

That’s what I did.
In J4/F4 all new Fabrik Plugins are there as well as all the old disabled 3.10 plugins.

I will do another migration attempt this evening.
What should I set the logging to and where else should I look for errors?

I did a lot of updates, Fabrik doesn't empty its existing tables, so something is very strange.

After the J!4 upgrade you can set "Log Almost Everything" in Global Config.

Have an extra look at the Fabrik tables before installing Delta.

Good News or Bad News.
I redid the migration just like before.
And this time no problem occurred.
All I can tell is, that somehow most Fabrik Tables got recreated (as MyISAM instead of InnoDB) at my failed migration:

They look just fine now:
