how to disable this from the list view

Just wondering how to disable this command bar from the list view


I really don't need any of these functions and the users will want to click on them, I would just as soon not have them there. I have looked everywhere I can think of and got the import csv and delete record turned off for a registered user, but can't find the area for the "add record, export csv(the one I really want disabled) and the group records. Any help would be great

Edit your list
Access tab: set "Add records", "Empty" to e.g. special or nobody (I assume you want to set "Edit" + "Delete" record access, too)
Data tab/Group by: set Access
Publishing/CSV: set "CSV import " and "Front end CSV export"
