How can I hide icons?

So, silly question I think, but where Can I hide those small icons, for example before Name and Email-boxes?

There is a star symbolizing Name and envelope before Email-box..

Not the hardest case, but still causing some problems for me..

Those icons indicate elements you have a validation rule enabled for. You'd have to either remove the validation rules or customize the template to get rid of them.
