file upload bug

Fresh Joomla ad latest fabrik github install and file upload plugin does not work.

This is on frontend when you edit a form with upload plugin published (no ajax but neither that option was working)
Javascript errors:
Uncaught ReferenceError: $empty is not defined CanvasItem.js:18
(anonymous function) CanvasItem.js:18
Uncaught ReferenceError: $empty is not defined LayerHash.js:17
(anonymous function) LayerHash.js:17
Uncaught ReferenceError: $empty is not defined Thread.js:20
(anonymous function) Thread.js:20
Form is saved but fileupload element is not changed.

On backend is even worse:
aditional javascript error

Uncaught ReferenceError: FloatingTips is not defined
This one prevents dropdown in firefox to work, bloks calendar etc

Template is protostar, joomla version 3.0.2, fabrikar latest svn,install without sample data, no aditional components ,modules or plugins installed
When i unpublish download element there are no errors on frontend, in backend error with floating tips remains.

I think ive fixed the js errors in the front end,
Seems like theres' quiet a bit of work to do on the fileupload element, I've raised a ticket to keep it on the radar
