Fatal error: Class 'Joomla\String\StringHelper'

Hi,

I tried to install Fabrik on a site that I have to run locally and gave the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'Joomla\String\StringHelper' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\work\aestevesms\libraries\fabrik\include.php on line 180

Now I can not even enter the frontend and backend is always to give the error above.
How can I fix this? What are the reasons for this have happened?
My PHP version is: 5.6.23
Joomla version: 3.3.6

As stated in the "minimum requirements", Fabrik requires J! 3.5 as a minimum.

You'll have to disable the Fabrik System plugin. Use phpMyAdmin (or your MySQL client of choice), look in your #__extensions table, find the row with 'name' of 'plg_system_fabrik', and set 'enabled' to 0.

Fabrik3.5 needs Joomla3.5.1+

disable the Fabrik system plugin directly in your database (in #__extensions set enabled <0)
then updaze Joomla
