email plugin not working

I using Joomla 3.9.25 and Fabrik 3.9.2
Test email is comming / global sites parameter / server

For me is not working email plugin from Fabrik. Se screen below, Is looks like alle missing fields are done. But email is not comming.
Anyone has same problem and solved ? any tips ?

I just added a recipt plugin and now emails comes to me. One email is from email plugin and the other one is from a recipt plugin.

But the problems now are:

The email plugin is showing just a empty elements forms. In the plugin configuartion i wrote '' text + placeholder {fabrik view=form id=10} after text'' .
The email is comming without content.
I need to have a content.
Se below how its look now.


The reciept email is totally empty email, whout any content.

any tips, what can be wrong ?

Your placeholder {fabrik view=form id=10} is missing a rowid (so it's using the empty form)
To send your current record do
{fabrik view=form id=10 rowid=[rowid]}
or better
{fabrik view=details id=10 rowid=[rowid]}
or use multiple element placeholders
{your-full-elementname}
