Duplicate forms in list in the admin

After upgrading to 3.1b + GitHub 17, I have duplicates entry in the form list in the backen (Fabrik > Forms). It concerns the forms that have joined groups. It looks like the "merge rows'" is disable in the display of the list.

I don't think it is a big deal since there are no duplicates in the databse, but it is a little confusing.

hmm thought I had replied to this one this morning - obviously not!
I think I have fixed it in github
