DIGSIG allows only one per form

Digsig only allows use of one signature per form. I need at least two signatures on a form any suggestions apprieciated

I need two signatures on a form too. I have created two signature elelemts but only one shows up in the form. Please give me some advice.

I can't replicate. I can add 2 digsig elements, fill them, they are displayed is list/form/details.
Element settings?
Which Joomla template (try with protostar)?
