Date Plugin & Autofill

When Date field is filled by Autofill (on form load) and value retrived from Db is 0000-00-00 00:00:00 (empty db field) current date-time is showed. This is not correct. If date on DB is 0000-00-00 00:00:00 field must be empty. Any ideas ?

Default to current date = NO
Always return current date=No
I'have also tried to set YES previous settings save and then NO.... but no effect
No other scripts in element Date (javascript or validations rules)
If I leave empty date field (or I cancell current date filled by autofill ) form saves data correctly with empty date field .
This issue only on Autofill.

EDIT: workaround, I have updated mysql DB allowing NULL in date/time field and replacing 0000-00-00 00:00:00 with NULL
