Custom URL not working consistently

I am trying to figure out why my site which has been working for over a year is now having problems. It has to do with a list with a custom url which takes the visitor to a Community Builder profile. The problem site can be found at http://www.baec.com/index.php/membershipdirectory You will notice that the first two do not insert the userid value but instead inserts a "["! The third and fourth entry work fine. Any ideas?

Fabrik 3.0.9
Community Builder 1.9

What has changed recently? Have you updated Joomla, Fabrik Community Builder?

The last change according to my logs was in December 2013. I applied the patch Fabrik to 3.0.9 and the patch for Joomla to 2.5.16. There have been other content update to other pages - swapped out graphics and updated text.

It does seem a little odd that this should just start happening, although I'm sure there is an explanation somewhere.

As you say it works correctly on some but it doesn't work on others. Do people go in an modify their profile at any point?

Can you post the custom URL or a screenshot of it.

Yes I managed to go through a few and could see the inconsistency's, I haven't quite worked out what could be causing them.
