Cron geocode - how to use it and wheres the log??

Hi - please please help! I've been trying to work out cron geocode on and off for months without success. Fabrik3, Joomla 2.5.x.

So, I've built a dedicated dummy table called 'test' (see fig 1) with a set of fields (fig2). its got 3 addresses in the list; all addresses really exist. I then added an additional field called 'map' and want to use the cron geocode to populate the 'map' element of the 'test' list, with the settings shown in fig 3.

I then uploaded and published the cron geocode plugin and created a scheduled task called 'test' (fig 4 and fig 5).

I now run it and....nothing happens - zero records are updated.

What am I doing wrong? please help!
Also, if I were to tell it to 'log events' - how do I get access to the log?

the log is in the db table #__fabrik_log (replacing #_ with your database prefix) so you should be able to check in there if there are any notices about what is happening.

I did a quick test with the code from github and it works ok for me.

Also you posted in the 3.1 forum, but stated you are using 3.0 - is that right?
