How do i change the message "In order to process your request, you need to accept the treatment of your personal data." ? Need to translate it.

You can either add a normal J! language override for PLG_FORM_CONSENT_PLEASE_CONFIRM_CONSENT, or submit a PR for adding the language files you need, with complete translations:
