Clone a Fabrik application?

We've created a Fabrik based application for a client. Now they want a next version that makes significant changes.

Is there an existing methodology to 'clone' all the lists / tables / forms / elements within Fabrik to support a totally separate application?

This would be cloning the 'application' to the same Joomla site so that the original app and data would stay as is. But all lists, forms, elements would need to be duplicated and new tables would have to be created.

You can export a form (including groups, elements, validations etc) with the "Content type"
and then create a new list (with a new database table) selecting this content type during creation.

But this will do only basics, you'll have to check and adapt manually, e.g. repeat stuff, complex elements like cascadingdropdowns, databasejoins which you want to use with an other lookup table, list joins, custom code...
