Apply button loose itemid

How can I create a apply button that doen't loose itemid.
I use a personal template

Does it happen if you use an out-of-box template?

I can't replicate this, I wind up back on the same menu item.

I dont know what is a out of box template.
I use a template for public front end and another for my fabrik part
When I apply, it take me back to the public template.

You said you "use a personal template". I'm not sure if you mean site or Fabrik template. And I'd like to know if the same thing happens using standard, built in templates for both.

I use a personal fabrik template, but tried with standard bootstrap with no result.
I use a joomla template for most of my fabrik list that is a kind of back office and another joomla template for my front office site.
