Accidentally deleted field element, is there a way to recover the now deleted data?

Hey, by mistake I deleted a really important element in a form, somehow it got send to the trash and I emptied it. That field had lots of values stored in the database, is there a way to recover it? The column no longer appears in the database.

Sorry, but if you don’t have a backup, the data is lost.
Check with your host, perhaps you’re lucky and they do have a backup.

If You have access to cPanel maybe you can do backup from there.

A very good backup tool is the Akeeba backup component.

You can create different profiles (backup all, only DB, only some tables, exclude files etc) so doing one-click manual backups if needed, automatic backup on Joomla update, scheduled automatic backups for every profile (maybe only with Pro) ...

You can restore those backups (or parts) without your host.
