Troester, I checked and the tmp folder is perm 755. Yet I still get the same issue.tmp needs write access (0755 on unix server)

Did you try to change the "Export step"? Yes, reduced to smaller number, but still cannot
Do you have 3rd-party plugins which may prevent writing/folder acesse ... (like e.g.admintools)? Yes, admintools installed. I checked tmp permissions in admintools and it is 755.
