What will be the difference between templates in 3.0 and 3.1

Will bootstrap in version 3.1 influence the way we were working in 3.0 with our templates as labels-above, nolabels, mint, bluesky etcetera?

How in general will bootstrap effect the way templates are used in 3.1 and what do we need to know?

I'm working on a few sites in J 3 and Fabrik 3.1 and I don't like to do a lot of work that could have been much less through understanding how it is going to work.

Can somebody shed some light on this?

If you are running Fabrik 3.1 inside Joomla 3 then the template locations will be

components/com_fabrik/views/list/tmpl
components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl

These contain bootstrap ready templates, (originally called 'bootstrap'). They are selected by default.
As per Fabrik 3 you can copy those to create new templates.

For backwards compatiblity when you run fabrik 3.1 in Joomla 2.5 the current Fabrik 3.0 templates are loaded (default/bluesky etc) from:

components/com_fabrik/views/list/tmpl25/
components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl25

There are several new options as well in Fabrik 3.1 related specifically to bootstrap layouts:
