Update to J3.2.0 : wrong layout directory

Hi,
I updated from J3.1 to Joomla 3.2.0 and now the layouts proposed for forms and lists are the top level Joomla directories, not my local templates directories.
I'm not anymore able to use my custom templates

Any idea ?

Update from GitHub, this has been fixed.
It was one of the issues addressed in the forum top.
