update col plugin issues

Setup: update col plugin with "Allow user selection" + email with placeholders

1. popup is always opening at top of the list, which may be outside the browser window
2. email is sending the old values, not the updated ones
3. email is sending raw values (radiobutton + date element, placeholders without raw)
4. the radiobutton element in the popup is showing just a field for input, not a dropdown (which would be appropriate and which is done if it's a yes/no element)

also ok in 3.0.

Little issue: it's saying "1 rows updated, 0 emails sent"
but 1 email was sent.

woops yes, I was building the message before sending the emails -should be fixed now as well.
