Timestamp update on edit ! base on the element's group or the (update/edit) global form ?

Hi,
I've a form made by a join list so have some form's groups from master list and some from join one.
I have the timestamp (element) on a master list's group, the join list for having a repeat group on the form (from joins data list).
If I update repeats groups the timestamp not update is it an issue or it's the normal stuff ?

do you have the timestamp 'Update on edit' option turned on?

Hi Rob, yes, got this element configure like you said.
Rob, the default datetime element, create with a new list is the same "date" element we could add into a form ?
