I find new thing, if i open that csv file with Notepad, my character is ok and if i add one Space at the end of file and save it and then open with excel it is correct loading persian character.
what i your advise for solve it?
is fabrik support OpenDocument Spreadsheet export instead CSV?

In list settings/Publishing/CSV
you can select "CSV" or "Excel CSV"
you can set the file encoding

Try which combination is working for your characters.

A field with ??? is exported correctly on my site with ExcelCSV=YES and File encoding= UTF8, file opening directly in Excel.

you say right ... i have a mistake and solved but when i use ExcelCSV=YES , then column is not correct and each column separator is ";"
how can i set up to show each column in excel corresponding to database? such as when we set CSV File format=CSV .

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
