Show/Hide form within a form

Hi,

I am working on a quote request form for an insurance company. They would like it to work like a form on another site and I want to know if I can do this with Fabrik.

Here is the example form: http://compassagy.com/auto-insurance/

See the buttons for "Add Driver", "Add Accidents/Losses/Tickets", "Add Vehicle"?

Clicking one of the buttons adds an additional section to the form which also gives the option to "Remove Driver", "Remove Accidents/Losses/Tickets" or "Remove Vehicle".

Is it possible to do this with Fabrik?

Hi,

Yes it's possible to obtain the behavior described on your example form.

What you need to do is :

1) In order to be well organized, add groups to your form : Driver 1, Contact, Add Driver, etc.
2) Add all the elements you need in your complete form (even the ones which are hidden by default, e.g. "Add Driver" elements) and assign them to their groups
3) Create some "button" elements (one for each section that you need to hide/show) with some javascript which will hide/show your groups
