Radius Search Plugin help, stuck on loading screen?

I hoping this is a simple one for Fabrik brains out there

The radius Search Plugin is not working for me, I get stuck on the loading screen, no results come up.

Also, and probably more significant, I cannot clear filters. Same thing, i get stuck on loading screen.
When I unpublish the radius search plugin the clear filters is fine again.
