Hello
I have created a form for registering an event.

Unfortunately, I have received feedback from various users that the form did not work for you.
I then notice that the send button, as well as the date plugin when using Andriod does not work.
My form settings:
Ajax validation: No
Send button switch: No
Suppress message: No
Show Loader: Yes
Spoff Check: No

send-Button: show
Icon location: Before
send with enter: No
Date Plugin:

Date Formats
Store Date As: Local Time

CSV Import Format: Normal
