Problem with the redirect plugin in form

Hello,

Please take a look at the redirect plugin for Forms, i cannot add a condition in the second instance of this plugin, the field "Condition" cannot be edited, i guess it happen because there is a div that is overlapping this field.

OK, should be fixed in github. A parameter was missing from the XML definition for the condition field (repeat=true).
