This is pure CSS, nothing to do with Fabrik.
With 4 elements per row and the 3rd one with extended width your total width is >100% and the 4th element in this row (YesNo) will float (it doesn't fit into the row).
The float is going as far as possible to the left side. Because of the + below your contato dropdown the floated element will "stop" there.
If you set the text(area) element to be "higher" than the dropdown the YesNo will float as expected.
The two other elements shown via JS are in a new row.
