Navigations on URL Filtering works on Firefox, Safari but not on Chrome and Edge its variants

Hi there,

I have this link here.
https://www.alintann.org/about/settings/test?tk___ktid_raw[value][]=22&tk___kaid_raw[value][]=11

It works on FF and Safaris including iOS but not on Chrome, Edge and variants.
When click on Page tab navigation 2,3 etc, on Chrome it returns back the whole table records.
It seems like the filter is clear totally.
How can I fix it and which area to look for the troubleshooting?
