missing logo in form when "batch downloading" and PDF printing

hi all,

i have a customized template where this line is part of default.php:

<td style="width: 120px;"><img style="float: left;" src="/images/nets.PNG" alt="" width="110" height="95" /></td>

the logo is existing and shows:
- when viewing the details form
- when downloading pdf (the list plugin download with the setting download as PDF's) for a single row

it does not show:
- when clicking the PDF button on the details form
- when downloading pdf (the list plugin download with the setting download as PDF's) for a multiple rows

In the form settings, the customized template is set as "Details view" for Front End and Admin template as well as PDF template.

why this difference? i have no clue why it does not show in the latter two cases and most of all, i dont know how to make it visible there any help is highly welcome. thanks
