JSON Parse error upon form submit with redirect plugin

I have built an event registration app using Fabrik (which is great, BTW). Step 1 is to simply enter your email address. I have the redirect plugin enabled for this form.

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character '<'

Recently upgraded to Joomla 3.1.5 and Fabrik 3.1b. Attached is a screenshot. Happy to provide backend access if needed to help diagnose. Regards.

Did you install the new RC1 that came out yesterday?

Do you get that error when that page loads, or after you submit?

Can you fill out your "My Sites", so we can view the site?

I have not loaded RC1, but I will. The error is only after submit; page loads fine.

I think I might have fixed this in github, here https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/commit/2140c9b6ebebb31500d5a5e94d80373ccc5a664d
if updating from github doesn't fix it, could you fill in your site's FTP details so I can connect and debug the issue further
