In 3.1 do the element ids no longer have the join id in the prefix?

Did 3.1 get rid of join id's in the id name of the elements? In my 3.08 instance I have an element with join id attached to.

Example 3.0.8:
<input id="join___90___xforce_dm_content___ofc_agency"...


Example 3.1:
In my 3.1 instance its not there, it just has the name, however the join id is not concatenated to it

<input id="xforce_dm_content___ofc_agency"... (However, it should be join id of 24)



In 3.1 all of the elements no longer have the "join__[id]__... Is this new for 3.1?
I was tying to migrate some javascript and noticed this when tyring to get element by id.

Joins have definitely changed in 3.1, so probably this is a consequence of that. Hopefully it won;t be too difficult for you to change your JS to match.

Ok cool. No biggie I just wasn't sure if i was missing something, I was so used to making sure the join id was present.
