IMPORTANT: Open / Closed Issues

As of 4/29/2008 we implemented a new Open / Closed Issues system in this forum, to allow us to better track support questions.

The only way we could bootstrap the new system was by initially marking all threads as closed.

This obviously means that a lot of currently active support threads will have been marked closed. It is up to you to re-open any threads you are waiting on an answer for. From now on, we will only be monitoring the Open Issues section of the forum.

You may re-open your own threads by using the Thread Tools menu.

If you have hijacked someone else's thread, you will need to start a new one, as threads can only be opened and closed by the thread starter, or a member of staff.

You can also help us out by closing your own support threads once the problem is solved.
