On joomla 3 on saving a form a PDF file with QR code was generated. In details view template was link like:

Now on J4.4.3+ dompdf, PHP 8.2, Allowed PDF local
I've a problem to embed image in pdf.
Image not found in PDF.
But I am getting the QR image in the browser by this URL.
Can you tell me where to start looking for a solution to the problem?
