how to remove validation tooltips in form

Hello,

Please tell me how can i remove or hide validation tooltips in form? Is quite annoying, doesn't display anything and i think it slows the form to load info..

I use latest github version.

Rob, Hugh, please take a look at the tooltip option, i cannot even display a regular tooltip in form, see the above image

tips are working for me, what settings do you have, and are you running the latest github code? (lots of changes made yesterday and today)

the problem seems to disappear after last github update, thank you, Rob.
