my lead form: http://www.skyrun.com/skyforce/test/leads/form/3/
uses a custom template bootstrap_tabs_leads (based on bootstrap_tabs).
if you go to the link above and press 'save', there will be a validation error (correctly). but what's not correct is that the form displayed is now in 'bootstrap'. not the template i selected.
you can tell it's using the wrong template b/c the groups on the form (post error) aren't tabbed, and my custom buttons are not there (only a 'save' button).
this is an urgent issue for our production system if someone can take a look. thanks guys.
