form plugins get duplicated

I have setup a jUser form plugin.

Each time I go into the form admin screen to edit, an extra jUser plugin is added each time.

Only way to get rid of this is to close the browser.

am using firefox

I've seen something similar yesterday:
every time when I was saving a list it was adding an additional join; tested with different lists and different browsers; after logging out/in or changing the browser the lists started correctly with one join again.
It was the identical join (same id) only the "Repeatable" buttons were both unchecked (beside the buttons in the "last" of this joins) and it seems it didn't do anything to the database.

After updating from GitHub the effect was gone.

Yup, that is exactly what I was experiencing.

This must have been fixed yesterday, as I updated on Monday and it was still there.
