Form plugins disappear when saving

Hi, I just lost hours or work. I saved my form and all my plugins but one disappeared. Is there any way to retrieve for instance, what was in a php plugin? I don't see anything related to plugins in the database?

This is an old bug, is it back again?

For some reason it seems new files aren't added when I unzip a download using a shell command. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with my unzip command?
