Form plugin Receipt placeholders

Hi,
I found a problem in receipt plugin :
I have a databasejoin form field which is correctly set in a listbox.
Submitting my form, the placeholder {contacts___Subject} is :

• correctly resolved (form display) in the message plugin field
  <b>{contacts___Subject}</b><br />{contacts___Message}
  which returns :
  Probl?me technique
  Message......
  
• resolved as ID when used in Receipt Title : Formulaire Contact : {contacts___Subject}
  which returns :
  Formulaire Contact : 2

Would like to have Form display "Probl?me technique" used in BOTH cases.

oh yes, we weren't using the same data to replace the title's content as that which we use on the message itself.
I've fixed that in github with this commit:
